Automobile sales consultant Terry Mills of Planet Hyundai prides himself on happy customers, as evidenced by the many letters he receives from satisfied clients.
An example is a letter written by Rosemarie Schaich that is displayed on the wall at Planet Hyundai Sahara. The Schaich family’s purchases from Mills include a new 2011 Elantra Limited for her son, Danny, a 2011 Equus for her husband, Bob, a 4.6 V-8 Genesis for herself and a 2011 Azera for her father, James.
Schaich wrote, “Our family is now complete with the addition of Bob’s new Equus!”
Schaich added that the family traded in a Toyota and a Lexus and purchased the four new vehicles in a two-month period this year. “We want to thank you for everything you’ve done in assisting us with each purchase.”
Schaich praised the vehicle and the service the family received with each of the four transactions. She said of her father’s new Hyundai Azera, “He loves the luxury style sedan equipped with all of its features and enjoys the smooth ride and pep that the car has.”
Schaich also takes pride in her Hyundai Genesis 4.6.
“I had no idea of the luxury this car affords,” she wrote. “It has everything and more than my Lexus ES 330 and Bob’s Lexus 430 had. Plus the V-8 engine has so much power and it rides like a dream.”
Considered one of the dealership’s prize customers, Schaich said, “I never expected to be buying a car that I had never heard of until coming into the showroom and seeing it in all of its glory with ‘my’ name on it. I was so impressed with that car that I didn’t want to leave without buying it that day. I knew that I’d be coming back, and you’d be turning the keys over to me that night.
“We never thought we would give up the Lexus label for a Hyundai, and now we are boasting with pride when we say we bought a Hyundai. Hyundai has proven itself in the luxury market with our family. And our friends are amazed at the quality and performance of these cars. You just can’t beat the Hyundai warranty.”
Mills was very thankful for Schaich’s letter.
“I really get a great thrill out of selling the Hyundai anyway,” said Mills, who has been in the car business for 14 years. “When you sell four of them to the same family, it’s an extra-special thrill.”
In fact, the four sales to the Schaich family marked the second time that Mills recorded four sales to the same group. He previously sold four new Sonatas to employees of a local computer company.”
