Fireplaces come standard in Lennar Diamond Point homes

Lennar’s Diamond Point neighborhood in North Las Vegas includes a fireplace as a standard amenity in the great room or family room of every home, the builder said.

Located at Ann Road and North 5th Street, Diamond Point features home sites measuring from 6,000 to 10,000 square feet, enough space on most lots for side-yard parking of a boat or RV. Backyards are large enough for a swimming pool, according to the builder.

Floor plans offer from 1,912 to more than 3,100 square feet, priced from the $200,000s.

Diamond Point’s standard amenities include slab-granite kitchen countertops, raised-panel cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances with a refrigerator; coordinated plumbing and lighting fixtures, 2-inch faux wood blinds throughout and a washer and dryer. The builder also provides new homeowners on their moving day a basket of cleaning supplies.

The neighborhood’s single- and two-story home designs feature three to five bedrooms, two to 23/4 baths, and a three-car garage — with the exception of the Newport model, which features a two-car garage.

Other amenities include media niches, porch entries, vaulted and volume ceilings, island kitchens with pantries, master suites with retreats and sitting rooms and decorative archways.

Diamond Star homes are Energy Star-certified, reducing energy consumption and power bills while helping protect the environment, according to the builder. Energy-efficient features include programmable thermostats, low-emittance windows, high-efficiency gas furnaces, 50-gallon gas quick-recovery water heaters, R-30 attic insulation and a SEER 13-rated, ground-mounted air conditioner.

Model homes include the single-level Laguna with 2,201 square feet, the two-story Santa Clara with 2,714 square feet and the two-story Beverly Hills with 3,128 square feet. The community’s two other floor plans are the single-story Newport with 1,912 square feet and the two-story San Francisco with 2,714 square feet.

Homes are available for 30-, 60- and 90-day move-in.

Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday when they close at 3 p.m. To visit the Welcome Home Center, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to North 5th Street, turn north to Ann Road, and right on Ann to the community.
