First-time home buyers Krystle Randall and Jake Doyle purchased a Richmond American home and praised the builder’s customer service when they made their transaction.
“We looked at a few other large builders,” Jake said, “but the price of the home for the quality Richmond American offered was great. We especially liked the homes at Starlight Trails, and the sales associates, Darcey Calderon and Amy Arbeli, were so helpful.”
The couple chose the Birch, a two-story, 2,050-square-foot home featuring three bedrooms and three baths.
“We loved the way the kitchen was set up,” Randall said.
“And we liked having a study on the first floor where we could create an office area. It also has the laundry room upstairs, which was something we wanted for convenience.”
“The master bedroom was really spacious, and the bathroom had everything we wanted,” Doyle said.
The master suite features a private bathroom with a walk-in closet, split dual vanity sinks and a soaking tub with a separate shower.
Other highlights include a loft and options such as a patio and additional bedrooms in lieu of the study and loft.
The home is priced from the $350,000s.
Starlight Trails is located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offering access to McCarran International Airport, the Las Vegas Strip and a number of shopping and dining venues.
“There were still a couple design options we needed to pick out, like the window coverings, so we went back to the Home Gallery to make our final selections,” Krystle explained. “The designer was very thorough and brought out samples of everything that was already in the home, so that we could match our choices with them to see what looked best.”
Starlight Trails offers nine floor plans from three different Richmond American Collections: Arbor and Evergreen, which are both new to the area, and Cherry Lane.
All five plans in the Arbor Collection include a study, loft or bonus room and several plans offer optional patios and decks.
Two of the plans in the Evergreen Collection, the Cedar and Juniper, offer the option of a first-floor bedroom. The Ranier from the Cherry Lane Collection features a great room, dining room and kitchen on the main level, and three secondary bedrooms, plus a master bedroom suite upstairs.
The homes at Starlight Trails are priced from the $290,000s to the $370,000s, and measure 1,550 to 2,350 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths. All of the homes include an attached two-car garage. Depending on the plan selected, buyers can personalize their new home with options such as additional bedrooms, lofts, decks and patios.
