Southern Nevada businesses that want to do business with the federal government can attend a procurement conference on March 31 at the Henderson Convention Center.

Representatives of Nellis Air Force Base, the Interior Department, the EPA, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Small Business Administration will be on hand "to connect small businesses with federal agencies to discuss how to contract with the federal government," according to an announcement this morning from the office of Rep. Dina Titus.

The conference, from 8:30 am to noon, is being put together by the Nevada Small Business Development Center, the Nevada Procurement Outreach Program, the Service Corps of Retired Executives, and the Nevada Micro-Enterprise Initiative, along with Titus.
