This weekend, Harmony Homes will offer a financial incentive program at The Fields in Aliante, a master-planned community in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.
For a limited time, the builder is offering incentives valued at $15,000 with each home purchase. The incentive credit may be used for upgrades, structural options, closing costs, to buy-down interest rates, or lot premiums. Details are available at the sales office.
“The Fields follows Harmony Homes’ priority of building quality affordable homes in highly desired locations,” said Michelle Woodruff, vice president of marketing for Harmony Homes.
“Combined with the unbeatable location near all of the amenities and services of the Aliante community, The Fields is becoming a favorite among today’s buyers who are looking not just for a house but for a community that they are proud to call ‘home.'”
The neighborhood features five two-story designs measuring from 2,227 to 3,192 square feet and priced from $189,990. The two-story homes feature as many as five bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two- or three-car garage.
“Our homes include many desirable features that today’s home buyers want in their home. Our five floor plans at The Fields offer a very efficient use of space with nice open living areas, ample storage and large kitchens,” Woodruff said.
“Plus, our homes offer included features that other builders consider as upgrades. This is clearly evident in the design of our kitchens, which feature granite countertops, beech cabinetry and dual stainless steel sinks,” she said. “Paver-stone driveways are another included feature that adds an extra touch of style to The Fields’ overall design.”
Additionally, each home is Energy Star rated.
“Residents of The Fields enjoy the convenience of having all that they need for daily living nearby, with a grocery store and drugstore, restaurants, movie theater, elementary and middle schools, parks, a public library and gaming all within the Aliante community,” Woodruff said.
“Families are always impressed by the design of Aliante with its numerous parks and the amount of open space that is designated for recreational and public uses,” Woodruff said. “The 20-acre Nature Discovery Park is particularly impressive. The playground area incorporates a creative dinosaur theme and includes separate play areas for toddlers and older kids, plus a water spray-and-splash area. Paved walking trails connect this park to a manmade pond, open grassy areas and fields, other picnic areas, an outdoor amphitheater, volleyball and tennis courts, as well as the Aliante Library.”
The public Aliante Golf Club is located a few blocks east of The Fields.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway north to Aliante Parkway. Head north on Aliante Parkway, and turn left on Elkhorn Road and then another left into The Fields neighborhood. The sales office is open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, except Monday, when it opens at noon.
A few blocks west of The Fields is Harmony Homes’ Prominence. This gated neighborhood offers four home designs that are priced from $249,990 and offer as many as four bedrooms with options for additional bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths, and three-car garages in 2,926 to 4,217 square feet.
The builder is constructing 15 additional neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley where single- and two-story homes range from 1,306 to 4,265 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.
Harmony Homes is locally owned and operated with more than 20 years of experience. The builder is also active in California and Texas.
