Harmony opens its Delhi Estates

Executives at Harmony Homes have announced the opening of the company’s newest community, Delhi Estates.

Located in North Las Vegas near West Gowan Road and Valley Drive, the community is situated on a cul-de-sac, and includes 14 lots. Delhi Estates will have three available floor plans, ranging from 1,797 to 3,024 square feet, priced from the low $200,000s.

“This is a very unique community because, while it’s a small number of lots, each one is substantial, so every home will have a large backyard, and the floor plans are spectacular,” said Harmony Homes President Robert Beville.

All three floor plans were chosen for Delhi Estates because they were popular at other Harmony Homes communities, Beville said. All three include kitchens with oversized islands, granite countertops and paver driveways.

“With the limited number of lots at Delhi Estates and the high demand we continue to see for new homes, we’re expecting this community to sell out quickly,” Beville said. “Obviously, we’ll only have a few of each floor plan available. For example, we only have three lots available for the single-story plan, so buyers who are interested in purchasing a new, single-story home in this area will want to buy today in order to get into this neighborhood before it’s sold out.”

All of the floor plans at Delhi Estates feature smart designs to maximize square footage. One example is the single-story Residence 1,797 plan, which has an option for as many as four bedrooms.

Delhi Estates also offers two, two-story floor plans. The first is Residence 2573, which includes options for as many as five bedrooms or an expanded front porch area. The second is Residence 3024, which includes an option for as many as six bedrooms.

“Due to high demand and a tight supply, there really aren’t a lot of new homes available right now in Southern Nevada. Unlike the used-home market, when you buy with Harmony Homes you’re not trying to compete with cash buyers to purchase an older home that’ll likely require expensive repairs and refurbishing,” Beville said.

Beville also believes Delhi Estates’ location will appeal to buyers. Delhi Estates offers quick access to the Cheyenne Avenue and Rancho Drive corridors, as well as shopping, schools, churches, restaurants and other day-to-day amenities buyers want near their neighborhood.

The community is near Nicholas E. Flores, Cheyenne Ridge and Craig Ranch Regional parks, as well as Los Prados Golf and Country Club.

Harmony Homes was included in the 2012 Builder 100 recognizing the nation’s best-selling homebuilders, and has sold more than 1,300 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in late 2008. Beville reported it closed on 433 Southern Nevada homes in 2012.

It offers 12 neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, with one- and two-story homes priced from the $150,000s and ranging from 1,436 to 4,900 square feet. It is also offering four new communities in Texas and two in Southern California.
