Harmony opens new home model

Harmony Homes has placed the finishing designer touches on and unlocked the doors to its newest single-story model home, a 1,801-square-foot design at its Talus at Sunrise Highlands.

According to sales agent Carol Gerenstein, the new model will appeal to buyers seeking a home with an open design and included features in an eastern valley neighborhood.

"Harmony Homes' newest model home at Talus is an absolutely beautiful, perfect single-story home with all of the features that today's buyers want in a home. The home offers the conveniences of single-story living and the much-desired open design concept with a great room and vaulted ceilings. It's the perfect opportunity for buyers looking for a well-designed home with three bedrooms, a den which can be converted to a fourth bedroom, two baths and a covered patio," Gerenstein said.

"Buyers will be impressed by its many included designer touches, such as its island kitchen with granite countertops and beech cabinetry; pot shelves and high ceilings in the great room; and its master suite with a separate tub and shower, cultured-marble countertops and a nice walk-in closet. The covered patio is included at no extra charge, too. It's amazing that you can buy this type of home with all of these included features (at prices starting at) $147,990."

The model home itself is available for purchase on a lease-back option.

According to Gerenstein, one advantage to purchasing the professionally decorated model home is that it includes highly upgraded finishes such as Giallo Santo granite, cherry cabinetry and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, as well as tile flooring in the kitchen and great room.

The model home includes a fully landscaped back and front yards and is situated next to the neighborhood park.

Visit or call the sales office at 527-7755 for details.

The new single-story home joins the eastern valley neighborhood's lineup of four two-story floor plans. Measuring from 2,201 to 3,024 square feet, the two-story designs offer three or four bedrooms and options for as many as six bedrooms, as well as 2½ baths with an optional third bath.

"These five floor plans will meet the varying needs of many different types of buyers, ranging from those who prefer single-story living to those seeking a large two-story home with as many as six bedrooms. With various design options, buyers have the opportunity to personalize their new home to their family's need," Gerenstein said.

The neighborhood is located within the 160-acre Sunrise Highlands community located near the base of Sunrise Mountain. Residents have access to a neighborhood park, as well as nearby recreation facilities, golf course, schools and shopping.

The builder also is constructing Summit at Sunrise Highlands, where single- and two-story homes range from 1,817 to 3,754 square feet.

To visit Talus, take U.S. Highway 95 to Boulder Highway and head north on Boulder Highway. Travel east on Sahara Avenue and turn right on Hollywood Boulevard. Turn left on Sunrise Highlands Way and proceed to Sunrise Bluff Drive.

Models are open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they open at noon.
