Incentives up to $75,000 offered at Bella Fiore

New homebuyers at Harmony Homes’ Bella Fiore collection at Lake Las Vegas have one week to save up to $75,000 with incentives.

Through the end of April, the homebuilder will eliminate lot premiums on all home sites in the collection.

“This is one of the best incentives Harmony Homes has ever had,” said Bella Fiore sales agent Ken Mainwal.

“Every single home site in the collection has its lot premium waived in April. Whether your home overlooks the golf course, the city or both, there is no additional charge. And the home sites range in size from 6,000 to 11,000 square feet, so there are incredible opportunities here right now.”

Harmony Homes is offering to pay the first two years of association fees and LIDs, 3 percent of each home’s sale price towards closing costs and $5,000 in design center credits to each new homeowner.

“These incentives are available when you use a preferred lender and can literally add up to more than $100,000 in savings,” Mainwal said. “The design center credit is icing on the cake and allows you to upgrade your countertops, flooring or appliances.”
