Inspirada Community Association offers residents variety of activities

Inspirada is home to more than 2,500 residents who make a habit of staying connected. Activities created by their association bring neighbors together in the Inspirada Community Center and three community parks.

“They all know each other,” Inspirada Community Manager Jeremy McClain said.

In December, there was a “Mix, Mingle &Jingle” party for adults, while kids and pets have their own events that include pictures with Santa. In 2015, residents will participate in some 30 events and seminars that include family game nights, spring and fall garage sales, Arts in the Park, Mad Science Saturdays, Hunt for the Golden Egg and Wine &Design Seminar.

Inspirada Community Association staff also includes Lifestyle Director Jennifer Settoon, Design Review Coordinator Barbara Starnes, Compliance and Facilities Coordinator Ron Hamme and Member Services Coordinate Felicity Dillenburg. They are part of CCMC, a national community association management company.

Eileen Kennedy, who serves as chairwoman of the Residents Advisory Committee and volunteers with the 1,200-member Inspired Residents Organization, said she is pleased to have a management team that responds to community concerns.

“It’s a great community,” she said. “With Jeremy in charge, the attitude is not reasons why we can’t do something, but how can we make it happen for the good of the community. We all work together as a team and have made a difference in the quality of life in Inspirada.”

The resident organization also has a cooperative relationship with Inspirada builders who work to maintain the community’s quality of life during construction, Kennedy said.

Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes, and Toll Brothers comprise Inspirada Builders LLC, the coalition developing Inspirada. Inspirada Builders offers 18 new model homes in eight new neighborhoods in the Henderson master-planned community, where move-in-ready homes are available.

Inspirada new-home floor plans range from just more than 1,500 square feet to more than 4,500 square feet. They’re priced from the low $200,000s to more than $400,000s. New-home options include luxury town homes, patio homes and one- and two-story single-family homes with large backyards.
