Pardee Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its newest Southern Nevada neighborhood, Serrano, today and tomorrow. The event will offer free refreshments, including gourmet iced-coffee and smoothies for guests.
Serrano, located in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in southwestern Las Vegas, is also an EnergySmart neighborhood with homes priced from the low $200,000s, according to Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.
“Pardee Homes proudly presents Serrano as an EnergySmart neighborhood, which means that these homes are enhanced with money-saving and energy-efficient features,” Tuvell said. “Spectrally selective glass will keep Serrano homes cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Plus, we’ve included ceiling insulation and sealed ducts for improved air quality.”
In addition, each EnergySmart home is independently certified to assure that it exceeds energy code requirements, according to Tuvell.
“Serrano at Mountain’s Edge represents a great value in one of the valley’s most popular master-planned communities.” Tuvell said.
Serrano’s three floor plans include one single-story design and two two-story plans that range from 1,850 to 2,682 square feet with up to six bedrooms. Home sites average 4,675 square feet.
Serrano Plan One is a single-story plan that measures 1,850 square feet with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom.
Plan Two at Serrano measures 2,223 square feet in a two-story design with up to six bedrooms, three baths, optional bonus room, two-car garage, plus tandem garage or optional play room.
Serrano Plan Three measures 2,682 square feet with up to six bedrooms and 31/2 baths.
