La Piazza presents residences with views

The La Piazza models in Rhodes Homes’ Tuscany Residential Village offer single-story living that can appeal to buyers from all walks of life, according to Michael Blevens, sales agent.

“Young couples starting their families like it,” Blevens said. “So do retirees, and anyone in between. People are downsizing, and they like the pricing we offer.”

Kitchens of a center-island design, appointed with Bosch appliances are some of the features which suit all families and all occasions, according to Blevens.

Residence 1924 and 2061 floor plans within La Piazza II feature a walled courtyard. “The walled courtyard offers a peaceful retreat,” Blevens said. “By contacting the home builder’s partner in interior design, i.d. Interior Design, homeowners can choose optional features for their courtyards, such as fountains and pavers.”

Named for their square footage, Residence 2164 is the largest floor plan. The three-bedroom, two-bath home includes a powder room, two-car garage and celestory windows of opaque glass panes set high into the wall, within an open great-room layout.

Residences 1924 and 2061 Residences are of three-bedroom, two-bath design and include a two-car garage and a great room. The 2061 also includes a powder room. One select 1924 Residence is available that has served as a model and includes an expanded backyard area.

Lot sizes average as much as 5,000 square feet. The open floor plans are fitted with ceiling fan and cable prewiring. A backyard barbecue stub is a standard exterior feature.

Seven model home communities, comprising 22 models and over 33 floor plans, ranging from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, are now open in Tuscany. Each neighborhood offers floor plans ranging from three-story townhomes to single-, two- and three-story homes with lofts. Many designs feature a great-room layout with island centered kitchens. Prices begin in the high $200,000s.

When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road that loops through the 18 distinct neighborhoods in the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course community will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.

The community’s 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, is under construction. The facility will include a basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, fitness room, meeting rooms, card room, billiards, tennis courts, lap pool, lagoon pool, children’s playground and picnic area.

To visit the models, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.

Sales offices and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 566-1680 or visit
