Las Vegas Country Club condos to be auctioned on Sunday morning

Real Estate Disposition Corp., the nation's largest real estate auction company, will auction 80 condominium homes located at Monterey at the Las Vegas Country Club on Sunday.

"This once-in-a-lifetime event is a great opportunity for buyers to gain ownership in one of Las Vegas' premier communities," said Jeffrey Frieden, chief operating officer of REDC.

"These luxury condos must be sold at rock-bottom auction prices."

According to Frieden, real estate auctions have gained tremendous appeal and popularity among buyers and sellers in today's real estate market.

The auction will take place at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino, 2411 W. Sahara Ave., at 11 a.m. on Sunday,, with registration beginning at 10 a.m.

The Monterey condos that will be auctioned range up to 1,600 square feet and have been previously valued up to $539,900. Starting bids will begin as low as $49,000 with financing for qualified buyers as low as 3 percent down.

Monterey at Las Vegas Country Club is located east of the Strip within the guard-gated Las Vegas Country Club. The sales office, located at 2838 Loveland Drive, is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

With views of the club's prime golf courses and world-famous Las Vegas Strip, the properties have access to nightlife, dining and entertainment venues of Las Vegas' nightspots as well as shopping and medical centers.

Many of the condos in this gated and private community are located along the fairways of one of Las Vegas' most legendary golf courses.
