Lennar is gearing up for what many are calling one of the company’s biggest home sale events to date. Today and Sunday will find many Lennar neighborhoods across the country offering options including a below-market, fixed-rate finance plan through Universal American Mortgage Co.
“It’s all part of Lennar’s ‘Let’s Get America Moving’ campaign that, during the past several months, has enabled people to finally purchase the home they’ve wanted and needed via a number of unprecedented financing and pricing incentives,” said vice president of sales and marketing Jeff Galindo.
The national home builder and UAMC have also put together two programs that will allow buyers the option of tailoring a home-purchase process that best suits their financial needs,” he said.
“What really makes it a big weekend is the choice of another fantastic incentive,” Galindo said. “We’re also giving buyers the option of choosing between two fantastic packages when they buy a home on July 12 or 13. They will receive their choice of a complete backyard landscaping package or a 46-inch HD LCD TV, plus in-wall Sony surround sound theater system.
“Lennar and UAMC secured a below-market, fixed-rate financing, which, through some very innovative planning and mortgage savvy, can now be extended through the July 12 weekend. Choosing this route means that monthly payments can be well within the means of those who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to own a home, especially one with Lennar’s higher quality and levels of luxury.”
“Lennar’s ‘Let’s Get America Moving’ program has indeed moved a significant number of customers into new homes with our very attractive financing packages through UAMC,” said John Farias, Las Vegas division manager of UAMC.
“Renters and other first-time buyers have been especially enthusiastic because this program has given them the opportunity to enjoy the many advantages of home-ownership. This special financing that UAMC acquired has been very popular, but it’s not endless. In fact, funding for these amazing rates is running out very quickly,” he said.
Lennar was founded in 1954 and now has hundreds of neighborhoods nationwide and products designed for first-time, move-up, luxury and age-qualified home buyers.
Lennar’s “Big Weekend” is from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at Lennar communities across the valley.
