Lennar opens Centennial Park homes

Lennar's Centennial Park in the northwest offers homes that come with appliances, including refrigerator, washer and dryer. Prices start in the $200,000s.

The gated neighborhood is located at Durango Drive and Elkhorn Road.

It offers six two-story floor plans. The homes measure from 1,478 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage to 1,909 square feet with three bedrooms, plus a loft/retreat, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.

Interior design elements include raised-panel cabinetry, ceramic-tile entries and fireplaces.

The community's Tuscan-style exteriors are accented by two-tone coordinated color schemes with wrought iron accents, decorative photo cell activated garage coach lights, rear yard block walls with a wrought iron gate, and front landscaping.

Designs include great room spaces, architecturally planned art niches, 9-foot ceilings, pantries, dining areas and raised-panel interior doors.

Homes are Energy Star-certified and include dual-pane low-e glass windows, insulation, gas heating systems, and gas appliance hookups, including the clothes dryer.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Road, then go south on Durango to Elkhorn Road. Or, take northern Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango and drive north to Elkhorn.

The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Monday when it opens at 3 p.m.
