Lennar's Shadow Run neighborhood, located at Gibson and Sunset roads in Henderson, features cul-de-sac courtyard settings.

The village-style, gated, single-family-home neighborhood offers private side yards and private backyards; in addition to neighborhood parks, walking paths, landscaped paseos, brightly lit streets and walkways. Prices start in the $200,000s.

According to the developer, the homes include a 10-year home warranty program. Upgrades included in the price of the home are appliances, such refrigerators, washers and dryers and window coverings.
