Lifestyle lures buyers to West Park homes

With Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to the west and Summerlin Centre’s commercial conveniences to the east, social and recreational options provide an ideal mix of amenities for William Lyon Homes’ West Park Villas and Courtyards, according to Leah Karp, sales agent.

The builder offers two upscale townhome developments within West Park.

West Park Courtyards features private courtyards and two-car attached garage. The neighborhood’s four two-story floor plans measure from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet with up to three bedrooms and three baths. Structural variations are optional, based on floor plan, that allow for a den, loft, master retreat or exercise room. Townhomes at West Park Courtyards are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

Starting in the low $300,000s, West Park Villas also offers four townhome plans. Two- and three-story layouts are available, ranging from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet. Floor plans offer as many as four bedrooms or two master suites and 3 1/2 baths. Bonus room, tech center, loft, study or fifth bedroom are available options. Each residence includes a covered entry, attached two-car garage and open kitchen.

According to Karp, home buyers have new purchasing opportunities at West Park Villas with the recent release of phase four home sites.

Standard features at both communities include security alarm pre-wiring, Cat-5 wiring in selected areas, recessed lighting and raised-panel interior doors. Granite kitchen countertops and fireplaces in family and living rooms are included.

Model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Monday, when they open at noon.
