Mall kiosk helps home shoppers

CH Realty has announced the opening of its Home Solution Center located in the Sunset at Galleria mall in Henderson.

The kiosk was established to help customers find resources and information about housing in this market.

Heading the CH Realty kiosk team are Sam Popovich and Edwin Schumacher. Popovich and Schumacher have many years of real estate experience and a vast knowledge of the Las Vegas market.

"Instead of taking a potential buyer to houses they are not interested in, the kiosk enables the buyer to virtually tour many homes and narrow down the selection process in a matter of minutes rather than spending days and hours looking at homes that do not meet their criteria," Popovich said.

The Mueller family found their new home located in Henderson through the Home Solution Center.

"We had just moved to the Las Vegas Valley with a job transfer and noticed the realty office at the mall while shopping" said Eddie Mueller.

"We thought we would just rent for a few months until everything settled down with the economy" said Beth Mueller. "I am glad we didn't wait because I think we got a great deal and the kids love their new backyard."

All of the new homes offered by D. R. Horton are featured prominently at the kiosk. D. R. Horton will hold its Builder Short Sale Jan. 24 to 25.

In addition to new homes, the Realtor can assist in finding resale homes, rental properties, foreclosures and custom lots.
