Ryland Homes’ Maravilla Vistas neighborhood in Mountain’s Edge offers a collection of two- and three-story homes has just a handful of home sites remaining, with a few completed homes available for quick move-in.
“We are offering incentives right now that are worth thousands,” said Maravilla Vistas sales agent Dee Millich. “One of the biggest values is that Ryland is paying the SID (special improvement district) fees on all of our final homes. Four floor plans at Maravilla Vistas range in size from 1,939 to 2,454 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s.
Two model homes are available for preview. The Diana is a two-story home with 2,127 square feet of living space. This home includes three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two-car garage.
“This is one of our ‘upside down’ homes, which are very popular,” Millich said.
The Diana’s main living spaces are on the second floor, offering residents a unique layout and second-floor views from the dining room, great room, kitchen and master bedroom. The home’s laundry room, bonus room and secondary bedrooms are on the first floor.
A second model home, Cassandra, is a three-story, 2,454-square-foot home that includes three bedrooms, three baths, a gourmet kitchen island, loft, bonus room, two-car garage and Ryland’s signature rooftop deck.
