Mayor’s martini connection

  Now we know why Mayor Oscar Goodman gets such good service at the Tap House on West Charleston Boulevard from cocktail waitress Donna Sawyer. Goodman awarded Sawyer a key to the city and lauded her as part of the best of Las Vegas.
