Monterey country club condos start at $90,000

Monterey at Las Vegas Country Club Home is reporting record sales numbers, according to sales agent Nancy Green.

“Our well-appointed condominium homes are priced from only $99,000, offering buyers country club living for bargain prices that are well below the median price of new condos sold in Las Vegas,” she said.

Studio, one- and two-bedroom single-level homes as well as two-story townhomes are available in 27 floor plan variations. The designs measure from 624 to 1,600 square feet. Homes can be ready for holiday move-ins.

Architectural highlights may include a private patio or balcony, oversized walk-in closets, formal entry, built-in bookshelves and floor-to-ceiling fireplaces. A furniture package program is available.

Homeowners have access to amenities, including five heated swimming pools, hot tubs and an onsite fitness center.

“Monterey is just a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind hidden gem. The location is exceptional and you can’t beat living in a guard-gated country club atmosphere with a picturesque view of the golf course at these affordable prices,” Green said.

To visit, from the Las Vegas Strip, take Sahara Avenue east. Turn right on Paradise Road and left on Karen Avenue. Enter through the Las Vegas Country Club Estates on Karen Avenue, between Paradise Road and Maryland Parkway. The guard attendant will give directions to the sales center, which is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. For more information, visit montereylvcc.com or call 796-9700.
