Pageantry Homes offers promotion with zero down, zero payments

Pageantry Homes continues to offer its promotional program offering zero payments for either 12 months or 18 months and zero money down at four communities across the Las Vegas Valley when qualifying through Pageantry's preferred lender.

Loretto Bay located in Green Valley, Ridgewood located in Silverado Ranch, and Wine Ridge and Pebble Crossing located in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley are participating neighborhoods in the builder's promotion.

The home builder teamed up with Greystone Financial Group to offer the program in partnership.

"This program is the real thing. There are no hidden fees or gimmicks. This program was designed to help people afford a home and make their dreams of becoming a homeowner come true," said Michael Cox, sales and marketing director of Pageantry Homes.

"Additionally, unlike other programs in the market, this financial assistance program includes principal, interest, taxes and insurance for each month of the term of the program. When we say it's the real thing, we mean it."

Pageantry Homes has built more than 4,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley since 1994.

"The company was built on the foundation of being an affordable builder and we have a long history of providing that in our community," Cox said. "This program allows us to continue that for home buyers in Las Vegas."

Loretto Bay is a gated community of three neighborhoods, including Villa Azure, a condominium complex; La Tesoro, a townhouse development and Bella Lago, a single-family attached neighborhood.

Homes in the community start from the low $200,000s, and range in size from 1,139 to 2,381 square feet.

The community offers home buyers seven model homes to tour and 11 floor plans. At Loretto Bay the incentive program offers zero down and zero payments for 12 months.

Located in the southwest are single-family neighborhoods, Wine Ridge and Pebble Crossing.

Wine Ridge features three- and four-bedroom homes with two car garages and has three floor plans, ranging from 1,793 to 2,204 square feet.

Pebble Crossing also features three floor plans, ranging from 2,107 to 2,287 square feet, with up to four bedrooms. Both communities are priced from the $300,000s.

These neighborhoods offer zero down, zero closing costs and zero payments for 18 months.

Starting from the mid-$300,000s, Ridgewood features two floor plans, ranging from 2,201 to 2,266 square feet, offering up to five bedrooms.

This neighborhood is offering zero down and zero payments for 12 months.

Sales offices and models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Ridgewood, which is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday.
