Pardee building in Inspirada

Construction is underway on five new Pardee Homes models in the Inspirada master-planned community in Henderson. The new Alterra and Solano neighborhoods are scheduled to open Aug. 2.

Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging in size from 3,212 to 4,165 square feet with as many as five bedroom and four baths and Pardee’s GenSmart Suite for multigenerational living. Prices at the gated neighborhood are expected to start from the high $400,000s.

Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging in size from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with as may as four bedrooms and three baths with covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices are expected to start from the mid- $300,000s.

Alterra and Solano homes include Pardee’s award-winning LivingSmart program for greener living, which offers more than 30 standard and optional features that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage the use of sustainable resources.

Inspirada’s planned 20-acre Aventura Park is close to Alterra and Solano and is expected to include a swimming pool, ball and multiuse fields, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a children’s water play area.

Capriola and Potenza parks are under construction in Inspirada; both are to finish this year.

Capriola Park is 13 acres with lighted multiuse fields, a dog park, basketball and tennis courts, splash pad and play areas. Potenza Park is a 5-acre neighborhood park with picnic areas, a skate plaza, basketball courts, adult and family pool area, picnic area and children’s play area.
