Pardee buyers LivingSmart at Eldorado

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge by Pardee Homes features homes priced from the low $200,000s in the first gated neighborhood in the master-planned Eldorado community in North Las Vegas. The community has been developed by Pardee Homes during the past 22 years.

The new neighborhood features four floor plans that range from 1,849 square feet to 3,001 square feet. The one- and two-story plans include features such as great rooms, bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and a unique outdoor room option. Prices start from $209,950.

A move-in ready Plan 2C is scheduled for completion this month. The home is priced at $239,925 .

Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes .

Through two new programs, Pardee is helping many families overcome obstacles to buying a new home. Offered exclusively for homebuyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer’s existing home for as many as three years.

And through the builder’s own Homeward Bound program, prospective buyers receive assistance on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and travel east to Gentle Brook Street. The neighborhood is on the southeast corner of Deer Springs and Gentle Brook.
