Pardee Homes finishes final neighborhood in Nevada Trails

Pardee Homes' Ashwood is the final new home neighborhood in the builder's Nevada Trails master-plan in southwestern Las Vegas. Ashwood features four floor plans, including the single-story Plan One, which measures 2,307 square feet with three bedrooms, den, 2½ baths, optional retreat and three-care garage. It is priced from $294,000.

Ashwood features the builder's LivingSmart brand that offers standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes. Buyers of a new home from Pardee Homes can look forward to lower energy and water bills, healthier indoor air and greater indoor comfort, according to Tuvell.
