Pardee Homes’ Solstice neighborhood is in Aliante, a North Las Vegas master-planned community. It features five floor plans priced starting at $231,450.
The gated Solstice neighborhood is located off of Aliante Parkway and Nature Park Drive, within walking distance to the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, as well being close to retail outlets, restaurants, schools, the Aliante Library and access to Interstate 215.

The Solstice floor plans range from 2,337 to 3,959 square feet and include expanded three-car garages, bonus rooms, loft, optional office/library configuration, island kitchens, separate living and dining areas and as many as seven bedrooms.
The single-story Plan One at Solstice measures 2,337 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and a den, which can be built as an optional fourth bedroom and third bath. It is priced from $231,450.
The two-story Plan Two measures 2,664 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths, including a bedroom and full bath located on the first floor.
Plan Two X adds a bonus room or optional sixth and seventh bedrooms with a full bath to the Plan Two floor plan and measures 3,110 square feet. Plan Two is priced from $251,450 while Plan Two X is priced from $266,450.
Solstice Plan Three is a two-story plan that measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. The floor plan includes a bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom and third bath and is priced from $291,450.
Plan Four measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms and four baths, downstairs library, bedroom and full bath and upstairs loft and optional guest suite with a private bath in lieu of fifth and sixth bedrooms. It is priced from $321,950.
The neighborhood is part of Pardee’s LivingSmart brand, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources.

To reach Solstice via I-215, exit at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on to Nature Park Drive and follow the signs to the community. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.
