As sales conclude at two popular Pardee Homes' neighborhoods in North Las Vegas, a limited number of move-in ready homes remain available at Riverstone at Prescott Park and Solstice in Aliante.

Pardee also features new homes in North Las Vegas at its gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood, located in the Eldorado master-planned community near the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway.

All Pardee Homes' sales offices and model homes are open seven days a week. Office hours today are from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., but winter hours begin Sunday when sales offices will close at 5 p.m. daily. On Mondays, the sales offices and model homes open at 11 a.m.
