Pardee offers incentives at Solstice

Dozens of guests visited Solstice by Pardee Homes during its grand opening last weekend. The gated neighborhood is located in the master-planned Aliante community in North Las Vegas and features five floor plans priced from $230,000.

Pardee Homes is kicking-off sales at Solstice today and Pardee Home Loans is offering a special Federal Housing Authority five-year fixed interest rate on the first five homes sold at the neighborhood. Call 399-7743 or visit the Solstice sales office for additional information.

Solstice is located off Aliante Parkway and Nature Park Drive, within walking distance to the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park in Aliante, as well as close to retail and restaurants, schools, Aliante Library and access to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

“These are well-priced homes with spacious floor plans on larger-than-average home sites,” said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

Pardee Homes’ New Standard program offers granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances as standard instead of optional.

The Solstice floor plans range from 2,337 to 3,959 square feet with features including expanded three-car garages, bonus rooms, loft, optional office/library configuration, island kitchens, separate living and dining areas and up to seven bedrooms.

The single-story Plan One at Solstice measures 2,337 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and a den, which can be built as an optional fourth bedroom and third bath. It is priced from $230,000.

The two-story Plan Two measures 2,664 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three baths, including a bedroom and full bath located on the first floor. The Plan Two X adds a bonus room or optional sixth and seventh bedrooms with a full bath to the Plan Two floor plan and measures 3,110 square feet. Plan Two is priced from $250,000.

Solstice Plan Three is a two-story plan that measures 3,643 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three baths. The floor plan includes a bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom and third bath and is priced from $290,000.

Plan Four measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms and four baths, downstairs library, bedroom and full bath and upstairs loft and optional guest suite option with a private bath in lieu of the fifth and sixth bedrooms. It is priced from $320,000.

Solstice features the builder’s LivingSmart brand that offers standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.
