Some homes are available with anticipated November completion, including a Plan 2-A measuring 3,420 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, game room, five-speaker theater package and buyer’s selection of flooring. It is priced at $433,215 and is situated on a large cul-de-sac home site.
Also scheduled for November completion is a Plan 1-B, which measures 2,972 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, den/office and buyer’s selection of flooring. It is priced at $382,490.
Plan One offers three bedrooms, three baths, office or optional fourth bedroom, great room, dining room and three-car garage in 2,972 square feet.
Plan Two measures 3,420 square feet with three bedrooms, office or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, game room, great room, dining room, covered patio or optional Nevada Room and three-car garage.
Plan Three measures 3,849 square feet with four bedrooms and den and options for a fifth bedroom or office, 3½ baths, dining room, game room, great room, optional Nevada Room at the covered patio and three-car garage.
The homes at Durango Ranch include standard features such as 42-inch birch kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, slab granite kitchen countertops in a choice of four colors and two-tone interior paint.
Durango Ranch also is part of Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart program that includes standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to Tuvell.
LivingSmart provides more than 30 earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, Tuvell said.
Pardee is offering two new programs for homeowners.
Offered exclusively for Pardee homebuyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer’s existing home for as long as three years.
And through Pardee’s Homeward Bound program, prospective buyers receive expert assistance on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.
