Pardee provides LivingSmart Homes in northwest Providence

Pardee Homes' newest Southern Nevada communities feature its LivingSmart brand and include the recently opened LivingSmart Homes Providence in the Providence master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas.

The neighborhood is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with features such as great rooms, bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and a unique outdoor room option. Prices start from the low $200,000s.

A limited number of move-in ready homes are available at LivingSmart Homes Providence, including a Plan 2-B, which measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, workshop and buyer's choice of flooring. It is priced at $232,390.

Another move-in-ready home is a Plan 4-C that measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, den/office, bonus and game rooms and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced at $265,240.

Floor plans include the single-story Plan One, which measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, spacious kitchen and two-car garage with optional third bay or workshop in a two-story design.

The two-story Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great and dining rooms, loft and three-car garage.

Plan Four measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living and game rooms and a three-car garage. It can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a unique 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside. Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and optional two additional bedrooms and fourth bath instead of the game room.

LivingSmart is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials. LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features.

Pardee also includes slab-granite kitchen countertops, radiant-roof barrier, stainless steel appliances and birch cabinets as standard features in homes at LivingSmart Homes Providence.

The neighborhood is located off the Las Vegas Beltway at Ann Road. Exit the I-215 at Ann Road and travel west. Turn right onto Shaumber Road and follow to Centennial Parkway, where you'll turn left and the entrance is on the right.
