Pardee to open Solano, Horizon Terrace today

If you’re shopping for a new home this holiday season, Pardee Homes is hosting open houses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today for new model homes at its two Henderson neighborhoods.

At Solano in the master-planned Inspirada community in Henderson, Pardee is showcasing its new Residence One model home with complimentary coffee and treats from Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii’s gourmet food truck featuring Kona and Hawaiian signature coffee blends served hot, iced and frozen plus smoothies, tea and shaved ice. Sprinkles Cupcakes will be offered in the Residence One model kitchen.

At Horizon Terrace South, off of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road, also in Henderson, Pardee is introducing its new Residence Four model home and offering three types of grilled cheese creations from the Stripcheeze food truck. Sprinkles Cupcakes will be offered in the Plan Four model kitchen.

“We know this is a busy time of year for many,” Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said. “And we want to make our open houses an opportunity to come see these great new floor plans and model homes and grab a quick bite to eat or a sweet treat.”

Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with prices starting from $287,950.

The new Solano Residence One model home measures 2,187 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den, loft, walk-in pantry and two-car garage. Optional features include a covered patio/outdoor room and optional fourth bedroom and third bath.

The new Residence Four at Horizon Terrace South measures 2,681 square feet in a design that flows like a single-story floor plan with the added flexibility of the functional second-floor space.

The neighborhood’s four additional floor plans range from 3,122 to 3,652 square feet. Prices start from $394,950.

Homes at Solano and Horizon Terrace South feature Pardee’s LivingSmart program for greener living, which includes more than 30 standard and optional features that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage the use of sustainable resources.
