Pardee to sell final homes at Fairbrook

Pardee Homes is selling the final homes at Fairbrook, Pardee Homes' gated neighborhood in the heart of Henderson, off of Horizon Ridge Parkway, according to regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Fairbrook has two- and three-story homes remaining with up to five bedrooms and 31/2 baths in up to 3,552 square feet. Home sites average 5,500 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$400,000s.

Final homes include a two-story Fairbrook Plan Four that is ready for move-in, with five bedrooms and 31/2 baths in 3,552 square feet. The price on the home has been reduced to $537,706, and it includes more than $124,000 of designer upgrades, according to Tuvell.

Plan Three is a three-story plan with three bedrooms, 31/2 baths, den, bonus room, two-car tandem garage and measuring 3,197 square feet.

Plan Three features flexible options, including a fifth bedroom and fourth bath in lieu of the bonus room, a fourth bedroom in lieu of the den and a living room in lieu of the tandem garage space.

Fairbrook's two-story Plan Six offers up to five bedrooms, including an optional first-floor suite, in 2,679 to 2,835 square feet.

The flexible floor plan includes a parlor, with a formal dining room or den option, an upstairs book loft, plus a large loft with the option of a fifth bedroom and a three-car tandem garage.
