Pardee’s Eldorado has three LivingSmart neighborhoods

Pardee Homes’ new LivingSmart Homes Sandstone neighborhood is in Eldorado, master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

It is a collection of three two-story plans that range from 2,161 to 2,432 square feet. Prices start from $227,950.

“Pardee Homes opened its first neighborhood in Eldorado in April 1990 and 23 years later we are excited to again offer new homes in the area with our LivingSmart Homes at Sandstone, Eldorado Ridge and Eldorado Heights,” said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director, Pardee Homes.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Heights features seven new floor plans that range from 2,385 to 4,241 square feet. Prices start from the high $200,000s at the gated neighborhood.

Eldorado Heights features Pardee’s new GenSmart Suite concept that provides a private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations living together.

LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge features four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$200,000s at the gated neighborhood.

The neighborhoods are part of Pardee’s LivingSmart brand with energy-efficient features.

LivingSmart Homes Sandstone, at the southwest corner of Ann and Camino al Norte roads, south of Eldorado, is near shopping and schools and has access to Interstate 15 and the Las Vegas Beltway.

To reach LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge and Eldorado Heights, take the beltway north to the Aliante Parkway exit. Travel south on Aliante Parkway to Deer Springs Road, turn left onto Deer Springs and travel east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right. The model homes and sales office are at 1788 Gentle Brook St.

All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
