Pardee’s Riverstone features homes with prices starting from $169,950

Riverstone at Prescott Park by Pardee Homes, located at the northeastern corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, near Interstate-215, the Las Vegas Beltway, in North Las Vegas, features a collection of single- and two-story homes with three and four bedrooms that start from $169,950. The builder also has a limited number of move-in ready homes at the neighborhood.

Plan Three B at home site 63 at Riverstone measures 2,467 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, stainless steel appliances including side-by-side refrigerator, granite kitchen countertops and other upgrades. Priced at $228,075, the home is move-in ready with the buyer to select flooring.

Plan Three C at home site 52 at Riverstone measures 2,467 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, stainless steel appliances including side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer, granite kitchen countertops and other upgrades. It is priced at $227,700 and is move-in ready with the buyer to select flooring.

Riverstone is the last neighborhood planned for Pardee Homes’ Prescott Park master-planned community, which is centered around a 4½-acre community park which features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure.

The four floor plans at Riverstone range from 1,596 to 2,617 square feet and offer amenities as kitchen islands with seating, great rooms, bonus rooms and personal options for fireplaces and master bedroom retreats.

“The neighborhood (Riverstone) is part of Pardee’s LivingSmart brand, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources in our new homes,” said Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.
