Pardee’s Riverstone offers five designs

Pardee Homes' Riverstone at Prescott Park neighborhood in North Las Vegas is a collection of five floor plans that range in size from 1,996 to 2,980 square feet, including two newly added Plan Five floor plans. Homes start in price from $174,450.

Riverstone Plan Five measures 2,692 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room and three-car garage. The home features a downstairs bedroom or optional den and optional bonus room in lieu of bedroom five.

The Plan FiveX at Riverstone measures 2,980 square feet with as many as to six bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage. The home can be built with an optional playroom or sixth bedroom, as well as optional fifth bedroom or bonus room.

Located at the northeast corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, north of the Las Vegas Beltway, Riverstone features a limited number of move-in ready homes, including a Plan 5C that measures 2,692 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, bonus room, stainless steel appliances including side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer, designer interior paint, window coverings, low-e windows and radiant barrier. It is priced at $222,100.

Another move-in ready home is Riverstone Plan 5AX, which measures 2,890 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, bonus room, three-car garage, stainless steel appliances, designer interior paint, low-e windows and radiant barrier. It is priced at $229,500.

Riverstone homes anticipated for completion this month include a Plan 4C that measures 2,617 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room, three-car garage and priced at $216,725 and a Plan 5XC which measures 2,890 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, bonus room and is priced at $227,475.

Riverstone is the final neighborhood planned for Pardee Homes' Prescott Park master-planned community, which is centered around a 4.5-acre community park which features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure. It is available exclusively to Prescott Park's residents and their guests.
