PETS: Readers send in photos of their animals

Readers have submitted hundreds of entries to the View’s pets section. And, because we only can feature a few photos each week in the newspaper, we decided to expand the sharing online. We hope you enjoy these extra faces, and remind you to check back each Tuesday for more photos of your best friends.

Zak Butcher of Las Vegas shared these photos of Cheerio, a 2-year-old pit bull. “Here are some pictures of her swimming with her favorite sunglasses. The sunglasses she is wearing were made for humans, not dogs, but they fit her and she loves them.”

“I just said it’s bedtime, and what a big yawn I got from Molly May,” wrote Lois Kay Kirwood of Las Vegas.

“Meet our puppy, Manny Max Mor, who will be turning 1 in a few weeks,” wrote Grace Mor of Summerlin. “He’s mastered the art of begging and looking cute for snackies!”
