Pulte Homes’ Princeville Collection in Silverstone Ranch in the northwestern valley offers home sites along the ninth tee and fourth fairway at the 27-hole Silverstone Golf Club, a championship-length course.
Pulte Homes has substantially completed development of the Silverstone Ranch community, which is centered by the course, according to Diane Paltrineri, sales manager.
“Silverstone Ranch is one of the last remaining golf course developments in the valley, and with water restrictions tightening up, they just are not building many of them anymore,” Paltrineri said. “The Princeville Collection offers spacious homes, spacious home sites and very reasonable prices. Home buyers who have thought about living along a golf course should strongly consider taking a look at what we have to offer.”
Four one- and two-story floor plan designs are available. The homes range from 3,000 to 3,448 square feet and come with as many as four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Prices start from the $580,000s to the $620,000s.
Silverstone Ranch is located beside the city’s new Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs. The community fronts the Gilcrease Orchards, the Las Vegas Valley’s pick-your-own-produce facility.
The city will soon open its new 98,000-square-foot Centennial Hills Park Community Center, which is near the community. About three miles away, a new hospital is set to open later this year. Just beyond the hospital, a new indoor shopping mall is planned.
Pulte Homes offers its Signature Standards program, which includes numerous brand-name amenities as standard features. Among them are York heating and air-conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, G.E. appliances, Schlage door hardware and Sea Gull lighting.
At Silverstone Ranch, the homes also include 18-inch tile flooring in kitchens, baths, laundry areas and entries, as well as granite countertops.
All Pulte homes exceed Energy Star standards by at least 20 percent. Homes within The Princeville Collection has been awarded the platinum level of Environments for Living technology, according to Paltrineri.
He said the technology helps to save on heating and cooling costs. With blown-in cellulose insulation and dual-pane, low-e windows, homeowners benefit from decreased internal and external contaminants, increased indoor air quality, decreased heating and cooling usage and increased comfort, durability and tightness, he said.
Silverstone Ranch includes a clubhouse with a restaurant, lounge and meeting rooms. Landscaped trails connect neighborhoods, which feature controlled access. The golf course includes a school for novice players and offers discounts for residents.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, go east and proceed around the curve to Grand Teton Drive. Drive east to Buffalo Drive, then go north into Silverstone Ranch. Take the first right inside the community.
The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesday when it opens at noon. For more information, call 396-9476 or visit pultehomes.com.
