Pulte and Del Webb communities are offering homes ready for quick move-in to take advantage of the federal tax credits available, up to $6,500 for existing homeowners and up to $8,000 for first-time buyers.
Prices start from the upper $160,000s in six neighborhoods across the Las Vegas Valley.
For the age-qualified buyer, Del Webb offers two neighborhoods in Southern Nevada with home pricing starting from the $130,000s.
Pulte Homes offers new-home neighborhoods throughout Las Vegas, including one of the most progressive green communities in Southern Nevada, Villa Trieste in Summerlin. Homes within Villa Trieste offer energy efficiencies as solar-roof paneling, tankless hot water heaters, in-home and online energy and water monitoring system, low-e windows, 15 SEER-rated air conditioning systems and Energy Star appliances. Villa Trieste also offers a three-year heating and cooling energy use guarantee on every home and is the first residential community to receive Platinum LEED for homes certification. Pulte Homes recently introduced 11 new floor plans at Paseo at Madeira Canyon in Henderson. Located within the Madeira Canyon master plan, adjacent from Anthem, Paseo features single- and two-story homes from 1,762 to 3,364 square feet, priced from the $180,000s. The Madeira Canyon master plan features a 19-acre community park, complete with ball fields, sports courts, kid’s play equipment and a water play area and the future Wallin Elementary School opening this fall.

Solera Stallion Mountain, located within the Stallion Mountain Country Club in the eastern part of the valley, features a private gated entry and an array of resort-style amenities for residents. The community recreation center features a state-of-the-art fitness center, club and hobby rooms, outdoor pool and spa and tennis and bocce courts. Sun City Mesquite, in the city of Mesquite, is Del Webb’s newest age-qualified community.
