Homeowners can choose from a handful of residences at Rhodes Homes’ Tuscan- themed master-planned community in Henderson, according to sales agent Michael Blevens. Some homes in Tuscany Residential Village are available for immediate move-in at the Zanetti neighborhood, he said.
“We can definitely see the change starting at Zanetti,” Blevens said. “We have sold all but a few of our pre-constructed homes and are building only after they are purchased. This collection offers a tremendous value for its home sizes and standard features, so I encourage shoppers not to wait themselves out of the best values they will see in the market.”
Zanetti’s five floor plans range from 1,264 to 1,781 square feet. The single-story homes feature two to four bedrooms, two to three baths, standard kitchen islands and two-car garages.
Each is offered with optional French doors in the master bedroom and a fireplace in the living room.
Options for additional bedrooms, cabinets, laundry sinks and linen closets are offered per plan.
Zanetti’s standard kitchen islands have been well received by home buyers, according to Blevens.
“Some are designed at chair-height and some offer a place for taller stools,” he said. “They are all central features of the kitchens, which are usually the most popular gathering place in the homes.”
Among the five floor plans, four of which are shown as model homes, Blevens said Residence 1705 has been Zanetti’s most popular plan. Named for its square footage, the plan includes three bedrooms, two baths, a front porch, great room and dining nook. It is the only floor plan in the collection offered with vaulted ceilings.
“The vaulted ceilings create a truly dramatic effect throughout the home,” Blevens said. “And the kitchen island is square, which has been very popular with our home buyers.”
Prices at Zanetti start in the mid-$200,000s. Residents pay a $140 monthly homeowners association fee and receive access to Tuscany’s recreation center, playgrounds, walking paths and common areas in addition to receiving 50 channels of cable television.
The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, which was designed by renowned golf-course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently highlighted in Golf magazine.
Tuscany’s 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, a full workout facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, racquetball and tennis courts, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.
To visit the models at Zanetti, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
