Rhodes Homes opens sales center

Rhodes Homes is making it easier for home buyers to find the perfect residence at its Tuscany master plan in Henderson with its new sales center that will allow home buyers to see their options for all of Tuscany's available floor plans in one convenient location.

"Our Tuscany sales center is one-stop-shopping of the best kind," Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes, said. "Prospective home buyers can get information, floor plans and pricing on every neighborhood in the community before deciding on which model homes they want to visit. In the heat of the summer, we think this simple convenience will make a big difference to visitors."

Tuscany's sales center is located within its La Vita Tuscana recreation center, centrally located and includes dozens of recreational options for residents.

"La Vita Tuscana is a resort-inspired facility designed to provide all the recreational and physical fitness opportunities a resident would want close to home," Soucie said. "This is the crowning jewel of Tuscany. It brings the community together on many different levels and virtually eliminates the need for a gym membership."

Tuscany currently has six home collections available, including Avellino, Terrazzo, La Luna, Melani, Zanetti and Pesaro.

Select homes in the collections may be under construction and available for quick move-ins. Tuscany's sales center is now open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

No appointments are necessary and sales associates can provide information on every home available in the community as well as tours of model homes and available home sites. More than two dozen floor plans range from 1,370 to more than 4,800 square feet.

In addition to La Vita Tuscana, the centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.

To visit the sales center at Tuscany Residential Village, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
