Ryland holds year-end home sale valleywide

It’s a magical time of year in Southern Nevada. Lights are twinkling and plans are being made for New Year’s Eve celebrations with friends and loved ones. For those who want to celebrate from the comfort of a brand-new home, Ryland Homes is offering year-end values on homes ready for move-in by the end of the month.

Ryland neighborhoods in Las Vegas, Henderson and the northwest have move-in ready homes available with the builder’s rooftop decks.

“We have absolutely amazing views from our rooftop decks at X-It in Southwest Las Vegas,” said X-It sales agent Dave Wahlen.

Located in the heart of the city near Tropicana Avenue and the 215 Beltway, X-It is a collection of three-story condominiums with rooftop decks. It has a few homes available for move-in by the end of the year. Among them is a South plan with 1,774 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, 3½baths and a two-car garage. Three of its East plans are also available, with 1,761 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage.

“Our East plan is perfect for kitchen enthusiasts,” said Wahlen. “It has a grand kitchen with extended cabinets. Residents enjoy unobstructed views of Las Vegas from the family room and kitchen, which are both located on the third floor. It is loft living in the heart of the city.”

The gated neighborhood has a pool, spa, gym, clubhouse, maintenance, landscaping, exterior building insurance, sewer, trash, water and pest control through the homeowner’s association, Wahlen said.

Ryland’s Verada View neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas also has a few move-in ready homes with rooftop decks. The homes will be available for move-in by the end of the month and are both Energy Star and HERS certified, offering residents savings from lower utility bills.

The gated neighborhood of two- and three-story single family homes is in Providence.

Among Verada view’s move-in ready homes are a few of the Pegasus plans. The two-story home is one of Verada View’s most popular plans with 2,308 square feet, three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage. The homes include a den on the first floor and an oversized game room on the second floor, along with rooftop decks.

Verada View is nearby Providence’s 15-acre Knickerbocker Park. This 15-acre park includes play areas for 2 to 5-year-olds and 5 to 12-year-olds, a swing set, dog park with small and large dog areas, splash pad, youth baseball field, a multi-use events field, a jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas.

The X-It neighborhood is at 9050 W. Tropicana Avenue. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Tropicana Avenue or the I-215 Beltway west to Tropicana Avenue. The neighborhood is east of the Beltway and west of Durango Drive. For more information, call 702-912-4295.
