Ryland Homes aims for trend with Indigo

Located in southwestern Las Vegas, Indigo by Ryland Homes offers an alternative to the trend in urban living, according to sales agent Judy Rostad, in combining single-family home living in a contemporary three-story design, with the option of garden rooftops.

The largest of the plans, the Cobalt includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, including an optional third floor loft or retreat that can be used as a TV room, gym or baby's room.
