Ryland offers homes ready before school starts

Ryland Homes is making a splash this summer with its Summer Splashtacular Clearance event.

The event, through July 31, offers special pricing and incentives on quick-move-in-ready homes. Home shoppers wishing to be settled in their new homes in time for the new school year have many options in Ryland’s neighborhoods.

“Every one of our 13 Southern Nevada communities has at least one quick-move-in home available, and some have several to choose from,” said Catherine Allen, sales agent at Ryland’s Monteverdi gated townhome neighborhood in North Las Vegas.

This resort-style neighborhood offers residents three-story town homes with two-car garages, up to four bedrooms and up to 3½ baths. The neighborhood includes a community pool, clubhouse, fitness room, tot lot and walking trails. Every Monteverdi home has Ryland’s signature rooftop deck.

Monteverdi homes start at $170,990. The neighborhood is qualified for the Nevada Bond program, which helps with down payment and closing costs.

Ryland’s Centennial Crossings neighborhood also has homes available for quick move-in with special incentives and pricing.

This collection of townhomes is near the Aliante master plan in the northwest valley. The neighborhood is close to the 215 Beltway, parks and shopping.

Four two-story plans are available at Centennial Crossings; a handful of quick-move-in homes are available.

Centennial Crossings homes include granite kitchen countertops, maple cabinetry and energy-efficient designs. Homes purchased for new construction have the option of Ryland’s rooftop deck.

You may have thought you left Blockbuster behind, but the basic way we browse movies hasn’t changed all that much.
