Today, from noon to 4 p.m., Ryland Homes will celebrate the grand opening of Verada View, a new three-story neighborhood in Providence, a master-planned community in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.
Home shoppers can see the neighborhood’s new model homes and their rooftop decks while enjoying refreshments and entertainment during the free event. The sales office is at 10753 Wrigley Field Ave.
Entertainment will include a live radio broadcast with country station KWNR-FM (95.5) from 2 to 4 p.m.
“Verada View is one of our most unique neighborhoods in Southern Nevada,” sales agent Tracy Carter said. “Ryland Homes offers rooftop decks in seven communities across the valley, but this is our first in Providence that offers them with three-story homes. We are already a bit elevated from the valley, so there are just incredible panoramic vistas of the mountains and one-of-a-kind Las Vegas city lights.”
One two-story and four three-story homes are offered at Verada View. They range from 1,926 to 2,420 square feet. These residences are available with as many as three bedrooms and four baths and two-car garages. Prices start at $191,990.
The neighborhood offers three model homes for preview, including the 2,171-square-foot Draco plan.
“Every home in Verada View uses space well, and the Draco is no exception,” Carter said. “The first floor includes a bedroom that can also be built as a bonus room, full bath, large storage closet and formal foyer with an optional sliding glass door. The second floor includes the master bedroom and bath, secondary bedroom, laundry room and optional morning bar,” he said.
“The third floor of the Draco model includes the kitchen, complete with a gourmet island and pantry, dining room, great room, bath and spacious balcony. It is a perfect configuration to allow for all residents to have their own space and the common areas are elevated, which generally offer nice views of the community and surrounding areas.”
Four of Verada View’s five floor plans include Ryland’s signature rooftop deck and the fifth offers the feature as an option.
The Capella plan is another home modeled at Verada View. This 2,420-square-foot home includes three bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage.
“This modern plan includes dual master bedrooms,” Carter said. “In fact, with a master on the first floor, secondary bedroom on the second and second master on the third, each bedroom gets its own floor in this home.”
The Capella also includes a laundry room on the first floor and a third floor that is completely dedicated to its main master bedroom.
“The third floor is a true sanctuary for the homeowners,” Carter said. “It includes the master bedroom, bath, enormous walk-in closet, spacious retreat and an optional morning bar. You will never want to leave.”
Verada View residents will have their own community pool and gated entrance.
The neighborhood is across the street from Providence’s Knickerbocker Park, which includes age-specific playgrounds, a swing set, dog park with small and large dog areas, splash pad, youth baseball field, a multiuse events field, jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas.
Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to 6 p.m. Fridays.
