Serrano offers move-in-ready homes in Mountain’s Edge

Pardee Homes’ Serrano has been ranked by local reports as one of the top-selling collections of homes in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in southwestern Las Vegas.

The neighborhood has a limited number of move-in-ready homes available.

Serrano’s three floor plans include one single-story design and two two-story plans that range from 1,850 to 2,682 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. Home sites average 4,675 square feet and prices start from $204,950.

Among the move-in-ready homes is a Plan One-C, a single-story home that measures 1,850 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage and den. Priced at $209,475, the home features granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, radiant barrier and buyer’s selection of flooring.

Another move-in ready home is a Plan Three-A, which measures 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den, workshop and loft. Priced at $243,077, the home features stainless steel kitchen appliances including refrigerator, washer and dryer, window coverings, radiant barrier and buyer’s selection of flooring.

Serrano also has a select number of homes scheduled for May completion, including a single-story Plan One-A that measures 1,850 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, two-car garage and is priced from $208,475, as well as a Plan Two-B that measures 2,223 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, playroom, two-car garage and is priced from $221,950.

Pardee’s LivingSmart homes in Serrano offer standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources, according to company officials.

Additionally, Serrano is part of Pardee’s New Standard program that offers features such as granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances included in the price of the home.

Serrano Plan One is a single-story plan that measures 1,850 square feet with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom.

Plan Two at Serrano measures 2,223 square feet in a two-story design with as many as six bedrooms, three baths, optional bonus room, two-car garage plus tandem garage or optional play room.

Plan Three measures 2,682 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 3½ baths. It features a two-car garage plus workshop or optional third bay, den and loft.

To visit, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood. Sales offices and model complexes are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday.
