SheaXero saves retirees money on power bills

Shea Homes at Ardiente’s SheaXero — No Electric Bill homes offer baby boomers the a way to save money on electric bills and be part of an active adult community.

Ardiente’s community manager Kyle Tibbitts said on an annual basis for an average family of two, SheaXero homes generate as much energy as they use from features that combine solar power and energy-efficient amenities.

These homes also come standard with 14 energy-saving features such as Jenn-Air Energy Star appliances, Trane energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, low-e3 vinyl windows and blown-in cellulose insulation.

He said each SheaXero home has award-winning design, abundant natural light, open floor plans, ergonomic vanity countertops and the builder’s signature Five Sided Architecture.

SheaXero homeowner, Donald, said, “There is no bad side of buying a Shea Home at Ardiente at North Las Vegas. My wife and I checked the homes out in the area; none were built with the quality of Shea.”

The resort-style community is near the Strip and close to the mountains.
