Stone veneer and cul-de-sac streets highlight Elsinore neighborhood

Richmond American's Elsinore neighborhood, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers features private cul-de-sac streets and two-story homes accented by stone veneer.

Priced from the $330,000s, the 2,150-square-foot Pebble Stone offers an open layout. The entry leads into a formal living room, and the family room flows into the kitchen and nook.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite includes a walk-in closet, split dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower.

Priced from the low $300,000s is the 1,850-square- foot Cliffstone, a three-bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths.
