Hot Diggity Dog club to meet at center
Hot Diggity Dog, an event featuring guest speakers and a dog walking club, is set to meet from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Cora Coleman Senior Center, 2100 Bonnie Lane. The group meets on the first Thursday of each month. For details, call 455-7617.
Children invited to guided nature walk
A 2- to 3-mile nature walk is scheduled from 9:15 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Clark County Wetlands Park, 7050 Wetlands Park Lane, near the east end of Tropicana Avenue.
The walk is part of a series offered on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. The walk on prepared trails is open to all but designed for elementary and middle schoolchildren and their parents.

Income Tax Help Preparation offered
Free income tax preparation assistance from AARP volunteers is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Whitney Library, 5175 E. Tropicana Ave.
Assistance will be available many Fridays and Saturdays through tax season. Assistance is on a first-come, first-served basis with no appointments.
