Health Card office relocates
The East Las Vegas Public Health Center has moved. The new office is in the same complex at 570 N. Nellis Blvd. but in a new space, Suite E-12. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and provides health card services, birth/death certificates, family planning services (by appointment), children’s exams (by appointment), women’s healthcare services and immunizations for adults and children. Children invited to guided nature walk
A 2- to 3-mile nature walk is scheduled from 9:15 a.m. to noon March 24 at the Clark County Wetlands Park, 7050 Wetlands Park Lane, near the east end of Tropicana Avenue.
The walk is part of a series offered on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. The walk on prepared trails is open to all but designed for elementary and middle school children and their parents.

Dodgeball competitions planned

The March Madness 3-D Dodgeball Challenge is scheduled at 7 p.m. March 23. The games are six-on-six with up to eight members per team. A minimum of eight teams is required for the competition to take place. The cost is $75, and the winning team will receive $150.
