TAKE ME HOME: Shelters, rescue groups seek forever homes for animals, July 10

Chopin and  Vivaldi
Nevada SPCA
Hearing kind words from you, including the promise of a lifetime commitment to us, would be the most beautiful music to our ears. We are Chopin and Vivaldi, young brothers with lyrical personalities, Dutch and lionhead mix bunnies, neutered boys, just 2 years of age. Please adopt us and keep us together forever.
The Nevada SPCA is a no-kill animal sanctuary at 4800 W. Dewey Drive, Las Vegas. For more information, visit nevadaspca.org or call 873-7722.

Hawkeye
Las Vegas Valley Humane Society
Hi, my name is Hawkeye. I am a 1-year-old male. As you can see by my sleek, shimmery body, I’m very athletic. I’ve got a great personality and am quite a talker. My mom had a litter of nine kittens, most of which have found a home, but I’m still waiting for my own.  I get along well with other cats and cat-friendly dogs. I would love for you to adopt me. I’m neutered, vaccinated, feline leukemia-tested and microchipped.
The Las Vegas Valley Humane Society rescues and rehabilitates homeless animals. For more information, call 434-2009 or visit lvvhumane.org.

Austin
Heaven Can Wait
Hi, my name is Austin. I’m a sweet boy who is a little scared with all these changes in my life. I thought I had a forever home, but after 5 years, my person could no longer care for me. He returned me to Heaven Can Wait. They are now looking for my true forever home. If you like the big, cuddly type, maybe I’m the one for you! If you would like to meet me, visit the PetSmart Adoption Center at 7050 Arroyo Crossing Parkway (Rainbow Boulevard and the Las Vegas Beltway).
For more information on Heaven Can Wait, email cats@hcws.org.
