There goes Hugo

President Hugo Chavez, the tired old commie leader of Venezuela who kept his country poor to adhere to the fancy of the debunked communist economic theory of yesteryear, died today.

One can only imagine what a leader with the charm of Chavez might have accomplished had he or she embraced freedom of speech and trade.

Instead of ridiculing the United States, what greatness might have been achieved had Chavez turned his country to emulate the United States.

Instead of calling the president of the United States "the devil" (see video below) think of the advances he might have made by calling the people of the United States his American brothers and sisters.

He might even be alive today by getting treated for his cancer in the United States instead of Cuba.

But he didn't. He was a selfish and bad leader for his country. Nevertheless, we'll wish Hugo smooth sailing and a better understanding of the human spirit in the life to come. Now our hearts and minds turn to the well being of the people of Venezuela. May they find a wise leader who can lead them to economic prosperity and freedom.
